Rediscovering Passion, Painting Emotion
Born in 1982, my journey as an artist began as a child, sketching dinosaurs and animals with endless curiosity. Later, the rise of computer games ignited a fascination for characters and creation, inspiring me to draw protagonists from these fantastical worlds. Despite my early love for art, societal expectations led me down a different path, one that left me searching for fulfillment.
At the age of 37, I rediscovered the spark that had always been with me—art. Influenced by the timeless mastery of Renaissance painters, I began painting again, this time with a deeper purpose: to explore and express the complexities of mental health and the journeys we all endure. My works are reflections of emotions often concealed in mist, incomplete yet evocative, inviting viewers to connect with their own inner landscapes.
Today, I work primarily with acrylic and oil paints, crafting pieces that echo both the fragility and resilience of the human spirit. Every brushstroke is a step toward finding clarity in the chaos, a way to transform personal struggles into shared stories.
This is more than art; it’s a rekindled passion, a lifelong journey, and a commitment to bringing hidden emotions to light.
